A bit tight and very short for a wedding.

This depends entirely on how it fits on the person and how formal the wedding is. Honestly, not enough information to say.

The cut is a bit too revealing for my tastes. If it could be longer and have a flair outwards at the bottom, it would be better. Colors and everything else is fine though!

What the bees expect you to wear to a wedding, minus the white print:

On me it could be reasonable cuz I have short little legs so everything hits right above the knee, not my thigh, but on someone with long legs, it could be suepr revealing

It’s a wedding. If there is a risk of flashing your undergarments (or lack thereof) or you would be (or should be) embarrassed being introduced to the bride’s grandparents/priest/minister in the dress then it’s not appropriate. There is a lot available between OP’s dress and the long-sleeved, floor length colonial gown recently posted. Jeez.
