@kan35:  I think it’s really cute! Go for it.

It looks like it could be a little funeral-ish because of the netting and high collar.

Edit: Oops! Now I see it. Thanks!

It looks awfully short, and I’m hesitant about the open back.  How long is it on you?

how casual is the wedding? I don’t like the length (way way way too short) or the open back for an evening wedding, but that’s just me. I also am not a fan of black dresses unless they’re super formal.

Edit: I like the berry color of the dress MUCH MUCH better. but still too short in my opinion

@AlwaysSunny:  If you click black in the drop down it shows you.

OP- I think it’s appropriate!

I think it will be fine.

Often people say Modcloth dresses are too short without reading the description. It says it is 34″ long from side neck to hem.

It’s easy to measure that on yourself and see if the length would be appropriate.

We also need to take into consideration the fact that the model is 5’9″.

I personally love this dress, especially in the berry color, but I do think it’s a tiny bit short for a wedding.

Hmm,

I Think it depends on how formal the wedding is and how long this dress is on you. It is way to short on the model.

I don’t think so.  I think it’s too short and I’m not feelin the back.
