I’ve been looking for regular dresses for bridesmaids dresses. I love this dress, but not sure if it’d be too much to have 6 girls in all those colors. I’d probably just pull out the navy from the sash or some yellow for other accent colors.
Or would it work to have my Maid/Matron of Honor in this dress and the other girls in plain yellow or plan navy dresses (one or the other)?
It’d be an outdoor wedding in Colorado, probably have a catered bbq and a bluegrass band, so it’ll be pretty casual. I just figure, I love the dress and really want to buy it for myself and think my friends would love to wear it again (obviously if they hate it- it’s out).
What do you think? Wanted to get input before I bring it up and they think I’m crazy….

It’s a beautiful dress, I would be thrilled to wear it as a Bridesmaid or Best Man because I would DEFINITELY wear it again. I think it would be fine to have all of your BM’s wear it. If I was a Bridesmaid or Best Man with a plain-color dress & saw the Maid/Matron of Honor got to wear this I’d be all "Awww I want that dress too!"

i think the casual feel of it works well for your wedding. the only thing is that it’s a very unique design and pattern so it might be everyone’s style. also, not sure if it might be a little bit much if there are 6 girls wearing the same dress. if they don’t all agree on it, i’d opt for a similar dress in a solid color.

If all the girls like it, then it’s great. I would keep everything else simple so it doesn’t overwhelm, but it sounds as if you already know that. Good luck! I think it’s a cool idea. 🙂

I REALLY like it , just a warning their sizes run small , i’ve never been able to fit into any of their dresses and i’m a size 10 normally. Just a heads up , but I really like it!

I think it’s great, but unique enough that each of the girls needs to make sure that they’ll like it and wear it again.

It’s a beautiful dress, but more importantly, how do your BMs feel about it? Also, does it go with the feel of your wedding?
