I think it’s a little too sexy for the occasion. In most cases, it is acceptable to show either cleavage or a little leg but this dress will showcase both, which is innappropriate for a shower IMO. Could you wear this for a sexy dinner during your honeymoon, or maybe for your bache party? It would be perfect for either of those!

Nothing about this dress says ‘elegant’ or ‘classy’, but I don’t think it’s too ‘sexy’ for a shower.

If you are fine with your grandparents and whoever else is 70+ attending seeing you in this, being photographed yourself and/or with your grandparents/etc, then go for it.

I don’t think that looks elegant, it’s a bit of a mish-mash, neither nowt nor summat as we say in Yorkshire.

I’d go for something cosktail length and made from a higher quality fabric.

No I dont think so. I would wear it. People get so offended easily these days. Unless your shower is inside a church, but otherwise I dont see any issue with that dress whatsoever.

I had 2 showers. One with friends, one with family.

I’d wear it to the one with my friends, but not the one with my family.

This is cliche but you do you. Tbh, you are the bride and imo you can wear literally whatever you want to your bridal shower. I would wear what I feel comfortable in regardless of where it is (though I guess a place of worship would hinder this rule, but then again you probably wouldn’t feel comfortable wearing this in a place like that, you know?) or who is going to be there.

I think if you are going to wear it with a sandal and keep it more casual it will be work for at an at home shower. That and a heal… not so sure

YES! It’s sexy and yes you should wear it. If you feel a lil too exposed, put on a luxe wrap or a lacey cardigan and then you’re just showing some leg.

You can also take it on your honeymoon and get 2 uses out of it.

Congratulations on your engagement!!! laughing

It’s your shower! Wear what you want. I think it’s totally fine for a shower but that’s just me!

I’m normally pretty conservative, but I wouldn’t think this is too sexy at all. I love the neckline!

Much too sexy and too dressy for a shower.
