It isn’t shocking, but I hope you have a really rockin bod. Otherwise, it will just be a big sloppy fail.

I just think that see through clothing is inappropriate for a wedding.  For the bachelorette party or going out clubbing, no problem.  I just think a see through, super short dress is the wrong statement for a wedding.

I’ll be brutally honest here.  I know the dress is expensive, but it looks cheap.  If I saw someone in that, I would think that they bought it at one of those inexpensive, fast fashion tween prom stores.

It could be a fun reception dress for the right person.

It’s very chav.

Looks like it should be in a music video.

I think it’s just miles away from the kind of feel most women are looking for on their wedding and it will definitely inspire harsh judgments from people. If you realize that and are happy to tackle it then go for it, wear what you want.

It looks like lingerie. And yes, I find it hugely tacky to dress like a slut on your wedding day. I hate Pnina dresses.

@Zaria: Totally!- I rather see the actually other collection of Pninas- I think it might help having other brides realize Pnina doesnt equal Sparkly, see through, poofy fashion- I would love to see her gowns actually.

@Theresa90405: I remember that episode—I say NAY to the Dress dear- and I think it is the same *squints*

haha, one of my sorority sisters wore a dress VERY similar, it was a Pnina but I don’t think it was that exact one. She had pink lining added to the bottom of it too. You have to be a certain type of bride to wear something like that and really it FIT everything about her! It would be a terrible choice for myself.

I must say as someone who got a lot of flack when I gave my opinion on another dress I thought was ugly, I’m suprised by some of the comments!

@Theresa90405: When I see someone wearing it I actually don’t think it’s that bad.

To the OP: I think if you add a panel to the corset so it’s not see through, it won’t be too bad. I don’t know you or your style so I can’t say it wouldn’t work. It’s not really that short, but the see-throughness is what would make it “shocking”. It’s a wedding but so what, if you don’t want a long dress, you have a right to wear one you like. But I’d say cover your corset so you don’t kill grandma lol 😉
