The Fiance and I are contemplating switching from an art gallery reception to a restaurant reception.
The reception is from 3pm -6pm on a Sunday. We expect 75 guests 15 of those are kids. We will eat and mingle and then have dancing. This is an intimate gathering of close friends and family.
Is this enough food.
100 pieces of
Smokey Turkey with Cranberry on Croissant
Virginia Ham Biscuits with Dijon
Roasted Veggie wraps
Beef Round with rolls and condiments

@quirkyDIYbride: The only thing that really stands out to me is 4lbs of shrimp cocktail, I think that would be about 2 shrimp per person.

Yep thats good – esp considering your wedding is “off hours” in terms of eating.

is it 100 pieces of each of those or total?

Ok the catering manager had the same concern with the shrimp cocktail. We changed it to coconut shrimp. Thanks so much ladies.
