Is this enough food?
Cocktail hour: display of cheeses, breads and fruit. passed hors d’oeuvres: spanikopita, pigs in a blanket, caprese bites, mini spring rolls, two other To be determined. (focusing on passed hors d’oeuvres because i’m afraid of food sitting out in the sun, insects landing on food, and attracting seagulls because for the first half hour of cocktail hour we’ll be docked)
Dinner: green salad then buffet as follows:
vegetarian pasta dish* chicken dish* beef dish* fish dish* roasted potatoes* seasonal vegetable* mac n cheese (bread in baskets at table)
Wedding cake, cheesecake, and tiramisu
I’m mainly worried that the cocktail hour will seem skimpy and there’s not enough variety on the buffet. I’m hoping people will not be as focused on food because the reception is on a yacht
