I think it all looks great…only thing that I could think to add might be a pasta salad (for those who don’t really care for potato salad) which would be pretty easy to make and transfer and wouldn’t need to be heated:)

Oh my, I had this pasta salad once that was so good. Tortellini with an Italian dressing and just a BUNCH of vegetables- cherry tomatoes, asparagus spears, all kinds of stuff- though you could adjust the vegetables to your liking. It was AMAZING! And it tasted just as good cold as at room temperature.

And by the way I’d be totally happy to eat all of this at a wedding. It all sounds delicious.
