    @nearlymarriedlass:  Yes, Livia! That’s top of my list but DH doesn’t like it – he prefers Olivia. I taught a little girl called Livia and she was just gorgeous. I bookmarked the name for later and still love it ๐Ÿ™‚

    I think it’s okay, but it many get annoying having to constantly explain that that’s her full first name.

    i like just liv or maybe livia or liviah if you feel you need more but still call her liv.

    i actually kind of like livia more than olivia.

    I knew a Livia once too- exactly like Olivia but no O. very pretty. I also love Liv and livvie too but don’t like Olivia

    @nearlymarriedlass:  Yep ๐Ÿ™‚ I think if you like, it’s perfect for your baby. We didn’t tell anyone my sons name until he was born…that way they couldn’t give their opinion, and if they do, that’s really rude.

    I think it’s a good name.  You might also consider hyphenating it with another.  My daughter is named after my mom, Jan, but I thought it was a little too short so I get her a hyphen with a second name.

    I find nicknames as full names really unappealing. Calling your kid Jim, Bob, Cat, Jen, etc… seems like you’re gyping them out of a real name. I wouldn’t take a person with a nickname instead of a full name.
