I ordered a few things from ASOS two weeks ago. I returned all but one item and now that item is half off…$25 cheaper. I emailed them to ask if they would please refund the difference..it’s literally been only 2 weeks since I placed the order…and customer service basically told me “sorry but you missed the promotion” So now I’m being forced to RE-ORDER it and then return the original one. It would be cheaper for them if they would just refund me, being that they pay shipping AND return shipping. I’ve had other companies, like Old Navy, refund the difference in similar instances. What the heck.
