I think that’s totally acceptable and relevant to what you’re donating to.  I don’t think it’s tacky at all.  They still may be left behind or tossed though :/ I don’t personally care for the bracelets, usually sit in my car until it gets cleaned, but if that’s going to happen with coasters, or cd’s or whatever at least you donated money to a worthy cause!

I love the idea of donating to the cause, but I agree that the bracelets may be left behind.

My Mom has Multiple Sclerosis, so I’d be into this as a favor, but I still stand on my preference of no tangible favors. I’d much prefer a little card saying that a donation was made in my honor. No bracelets needed.

It’s awesome that you’re doing that. I hope you’re Fiance is doing well.

i love it!

i’d probably wear the bracelet for the night, but never again honestly. but i don’t care. i love the idea anyway. i still maintain that favors are a ridiculous thing to have at a wedding, but oh well

I think you should have cards on the table mentioning the donation, but no bracelets. I hate to say it, but items like that are landfill-bound.

I think the bracelets would make a great favor!  The cause is meaningful to you and your fiance, and the MS Society gets a donation.

Even if folks don’t take the bracelets home, you could ask them to wear one for a group shot showing them off.  I think that would be cute.

Great idea!  And definitely meaningful and worth your money.
