Help, I’m pregnant (7 months at time of the event) and finding it hard to find something to wear.
I found this one I like but does it have too much white to be appropriate?
Looking at the maternity websites, a lot of the “occasion dresses” are body con style and as I’m on the larger side (10-12 US size) that style doesn’t suit.

Actually a lot of their dresses are cute and would work for a wedding as a guest

YES!! So pretty!
A good rule of thumb – if you have any doubt or you have to ask, it’s probably not appropriate. IMO, I wouldn’t care what anyone wore to my wedding, but others do care and I wouldn’t want to be the reason anyone is upset. I’d buy the dress the PP chose!

I say wear whatever you like and feel comfortable in. That dress is pretty 🙂

Fair call, I’ll keep looking. That dress is cute.
Yes, I feel the same, personally I’m fine with guests wearing white, black, etc, but as a guest myself prefer to play it safe.

Personally I think it’s way too much white. It’s literally one day, you can find something in literally any other color.

I think that’s fine to wear to a wedding

I think it has a little too much white, but I like the style

I think the dress is fine – it’s an all over print and not wedding dressey at all.

I think it looks fine. No one is going to confuse that with a wedding dress. Wear what you feel good in.

I don’t think that is too white. it clearly is a summer dressy and not wedding dressy

Lovely dress. It’s fine for a wedding!

If you’re close to the bride, ask her opinion. I showed the dress and shoes I wanted to get for my friend’s wedding to her, she okayed it then I bought it. I’m very close to her though.
