you will never make anyone heppy so stop trying so pick a plan and stick to it – in 10yrs from now its your wedding day that will be important to you, not that aunty betty got her panties in a wad over the celebration

People will always have opinions and no two people will have the same opinion! So like PPs have said, stop trying to please everyone and pick what is best for you two.

I’m from one country, my Fiance from another and we live in a 3rd country. We simply decided to have the wedding where we live as it will be much easier to organize and our families and friends will have to travel if they want to attend. Whatever location we chose a good part of the guests would have had to travel so in the end we chose what was best for the two of us.
