@Mrsgurzakovic:  I dont eat fast food. It makes me feel so shitty so I just avoid it. I try to eat a lot of fresh food and hormone free chicken breasts etc…

This is nothing. You should watch some videos from the slaughterhouses. I have been a vegetarian for 12 years.

I really like this line from the article…“How can they get away with this? Is there no dignity in the Meat Packing Industry? ”The answer? HELLLLLLLLLLL NO!

This is why I don’t eat fast food.  I’m not a big meat eater to start with, so that’s not too hard.

I think Morningstar Farms’ veggie “chicken” patties are fantastic.  I haven’t had a chicken pattie in years and I don’t miss them.  🙂

I eat “clean”. I just try and eat food that is as close to it’s natural form as possible.

That’s like those sandwhich meats – mechanically seperated, melted put in a mold.  Yummm

I’m actually kind surprised at the incredulous tone of that blog post – has that person been living under a rock?  I mean, c’mon….when the McDonalds chicken nuggets only come in 5 shapes……what did the author think they were made of?  And I might buy someone mistakenly thinking that a McDonalds salad is soemwhat healthy, but who actually buys chicken mcnuggets thinking they are healthy?

That being said, this is why I only eat fast food on 10+ hour road trips!

PETA used to have a documentary on their website called “Meet Your Meat”. I cried when I saw it as a teenager.
