    Yeah, I don’t think it’s rude either. She didn’t throw a fit when you said no or anything. I’m guessing she’s just a little more than desperate to get it out of her closet :).

    I don’t think it’s rude necessarily, just kind of random.

    Reminds me of a thread from a while ago where the friend gave the bride her old centerpieces as a shower gift and suggested using them at the wedding…

    I would rethink posting all the wedding stuff on FB …. this is just the first thing … wait till people start asking if they are invited on your wall

    I think you’re overthinking this. She saw your status, so she mentioned the dress. You said no, everyone moves on.

    I’m a little confused at what you think was rude and why?  Because she asked you to buy her dress?  That wouldn’t offend me.
