I love it!! Our dog is going to be our ring bearer. We are getting a custom sketch done for our STDs and he will be in it. ๐Ÿ™‚

Aw, I absolutely love it.  Especially in the B&W!  I definitely think you should use it!  And even if some people don’t “get it” I wouldn’t worry about it too much!  I think you should go for it.  I may also be a bit biased as I love pictures that include people’s dogs!!!

I love it too!  I showed the Fiance and asked him if we could do something similar (hope you don’t mind me stealing it).  I guess we have almost a year to train the dogs to stand still.

@Jeannine @ Small Chic: LOVE.

Just a thought, try the picture in sepia. I think it might match the tones of the cardstock.

I think those pics are great! I am going to go against what seems to be the fav and say go with the color one (assuming you are asking, haha)!! I too have a reddish/brown coated dog and the color is so vibrant and lovely, it just needs to tbe displayed!

Totally in love with that mock-up. I say go for it…save the traditional stuff for the invitation:)

I agree with panterapeach, sepia would coordinate

or maybe you can make the card black gray and white so it will match

cool concept love it

Very creative—and your wording could include something about wanted you to save the date for our  “fete”…Needs work, but you get the idea. Or the other kind of “feat”. The b and w shot is best.

So adorable! We had coaster save the dates, and my grandmother didn’t get it because it was a coaster. “If I got this in the mail I would have no idea what to do with it.” Um, you can’t please em all! Congrats on an awesome STD!

I absolutely love it! It’s perfect. Then again, you are showing it to a board of brides who have been stalking wedding and engagement photos….lol. Some people might not get it, but who cares!

Love it!  I’d use it in B&W.  And I ‘got’ it immediately ๐Ÿ™‚

It’s hard for me to realize my 50+ pounds of 5 month old Golden Puppy is gonna have legs that long ๐Ÿ˜‰
