@howsweetitis: Your wedding is the only day in your life you can get away with wearing a big, poofy dress. If you love it – go for it! Embrace the poof. Celebrate the poof. You ARE the bride, after all!

@FutureCuomo6610: I’m going to save this post for when my mom sees the dress and goes, “Oh, honey, maybe we can cut out a layer of that crinoline…” lol. Thank you! I’m excited!

I think the side view looks good, but from the front, I think it looks too wide for the style of your dress.

@MrsSkeletonKey: Yeah, it’s just kind of smushed flat from being in a tiny bag. That’s why I posted both angles. I think once it hangs for a while (and maybe gets steamed? do you do that with slips?) it’ll look somewhere between the two.
Thanks for the feedback!

@howsweetitis: It does look a bit too poofy for the style. I would go with the smaller slip.

@howsweetitis: The smaller slip flatters you and the dress more. Part of the reason I love this dress is how flowy and elegant it is. I look forward to seeing your final look. 🙂

I would go with no slip, but I like simplicity. You should probably go with whatever you liked best! You know the saying, your first instinct is usually right. If you love it, it will show.

I think the bigger slip looks perfect! Plus, it makes your waist look even smaller 🙂

Wow. Looks GREAT on you. That shape dress flatters your figure wonderfully

I love it poofy:) But it’s totally up to you. It looks great without the slip too.
