    No! You can absolutely put that stone in a halo setting, and I’m jealous…you are getting two of my favorite ring things: A sapphire AND an oval halo!! The nice things about halos is that they really make the center stone shine, no matter the sie!

    I think halos look best on. Gemstone, and that one will be perfect set in a halo!

    @ForeverBirds:  No, it would look totally fine in a halo setting. Not too small at all!

    I saw the most gorgeous ring at Tiffany’s, and it’s .77 carats, and in a double halo and looks perfect. I would venture to guess that the sapphire is a bit bigger.
