I think that would be awesomely fun (but I’m only 22 :p)!! You know your crowd best, so if you think they would like it than I would go for it. No use going broke trying to throw a fancy rehearsal dinner.

I think it sounds like a lot of fun but I enjoy those kinds of things. Hey we slacked a bit for our rehearsal dinner. I twas pizza and beer at my parent’s house and that was it. Nothing pretty but it worked for us. It’s not the rehearsal dinner that counts.

    Have fun with it!

I’m a poor college student too. Our ceremony is outside and it would have been $600 to rent the entire place just to have a 1 or 2 hr rehearsal. So we’re having it at FI’s mother’s house with bar-b-que afterwards. May be tacky to some but who cares. Your idea sounds like a good time.

That sounds awesome.  Who would forget it?  Do you have a lot of older folks going to your RD?  They might think it’s kooky.  But what can you do?  Maybe buy a nice table cloth and have some flowers in vases to spruce things up.

I think that sounds absolutely awesome. In fact, I’m jealous that it’s not an option for my rehearsal dinner!
