@mylittleviolett:  It doesn’t look bad, but it does look unfinished. Maybe don’t shade it in, but add some shadows to the outside? Maybe some color?

@mylittleviolett: Maybe something like this where it blends outwards from the lines

Or something like this. Sort of the opposite, where just the inner edges are shaded, but not solid black.

I think it would look really cool to have the grey shadowing on the outside and then some colored shadowing on the inside. Talk to an artist and see what they’d recommend or what they can do. I can’t tell how big it is from the picture.

i love the simplicty of the line work. Its delicate and dainty and IMO you should leave it as is ๐Ÿ™‚

@mylittleviolett:  I like the simple outline.  The lines are very clean and well done. I’m afraid that adding shading would just cluter up the simple beauty that you have right now.
