When I read your story, I had my fears, because baby measuring small doesn’t sound great, but the comments and stories to follow actually gave ME encouragement – lol! I really, really hope that everything is fine. The fact is, your betas DID rise….Even though they didn’t double, I feel like by this point if you were going to miscarry those numbers wouldn’t rise. I’ve also heard that the bright pink spotting when you wipe can be the baby burrowing deeper into the lining, like belated implantation bleeding, so maybe it was doing that so it could grow more and play some catch up? I’m definitely sending huge prayers your way, and your unborn baby’s way. Hugs!!!!!!!

I read your title, and dropped in to wish you well…
~~ Good Vibes ~~ being sent your way.
And prayers (fearing the worst when I first read)
But, NOW I just have to give you some feedback too.
I am an Encore Bride, and an Oldtimer… I had all my babies back in the 1980s… now that I’ve read your post I want you know with all my pregnancies, I had cramping and some spotting the first two months when I would have had my period. And I am happy to say… ended up with a healthy baby.
So not everything that “feels” abnormal or unusual… really has to mean there is a problem. Pregancies are different for every woman, and so predicting what is going on sometimes can be complicated.
I’m sure your Doctor will keep an eye on you… and give you the best advice.
Take care, hang in there (( HUGS ))

I don’t want to be the debbie downer of this post but before I miscarried, I looked up symptoms everywhere I could think of… I used weddingbee searches, google etc… and everyone’s information made me think everything would be okay. I started spotting so I got into my midwife the same day… they did an u/s and I was measuring 4 weeks but was supposed to have been 6 weeks. They kept saying maybe my dates were wrong, which I was for sure was not the case. I ended up fully miscarrying 10 days later. But I also continued spotting the entire time.
I hope the best for you! Sending you good/growing baby vibes!

I am 7 weeks as well (my belief because i have my first doctor’s appointment next tuesday) so i can relate. From my previous pregnancy i did have spotting around this time and had to rest for 2 weeks. Also had heavy cramps. And it worked fine!!
We don’t usually have those analytical exams here so i can’t follow you. Hope it all goes well. I will follow your threads to know ig all is well. Don’t despair!

All my pregnancies were exactly how you describe, the spotting, the measuring behind, the numbers not climbing right. I have kids to show for it so don’t worry. I know easier said then done.I always freaked my doctors out. I was always told possible miscarriage. Placed in the hospital for observation, etc. My body is just weird. Maybe yours is to 😀

Ladies I want to thank you all for your support and kind words, unfortunately, I did miscarry. The fetal pole they saw last week was gone and they can see it starting to detach…so now it’s just waiting for the bleeding/cramping to come. Which is obviously sh*tty but I really want to try to let my body do what it’s sppossed to before going the D&C route.
Thanks again for all the support. I’m at a loss of what to feel/say so I hope you all are having a better night than me.
