I think you might be better off sticking to the facts and leaving out the “thank you” snarky bits.

I don’t see a problem with it, but it prob will not be up for long.  I would also put up a posting at AngiesList.com.  I find alot of businesses from reviews from Angies List so it might help others in your area.

I agree that the “thank you” parts are snarky and passive aggressive. I’d go with something like, “Just wanted to express my dissatisfaction with *vet*…” because that’s more honest, that’s what you’re doing, you’re not really thanking him.

@Jijitattoo:  I like that wording.

I just think that you are more likely to be taken seriously by saying something like that. By the vets office and other customers. And I find it less rude. But whatevs! And I’m sorry to hear about your pup I know how stressful that can be.

@Pokemon:  Angie’s List is a good place to go to sound off on great service, or terrible service. My husband swears by it. It’s nothing but consumers giving reviews on vendors, and my Darling Husband is very recommendation driven when he wants to find a business for something he’s never used before, or doesn’t frequently need like a duct cleaner, or a chimney sweep type. Others use Angie’s List for every day businesses, so it’ll definitely get read if you have an Australian version.

Poor kitty, I’m so sorry he’s not well but I’m glad you took him to another vet and got good treatment for him. I have a 16 year old cat with a chronic illness (asthma) and the daily care can really get you down sometimes.
