Love that dress and color. I don’t think its length matters. It’s not a formal dress to begin with and I would also rather be slightly overdressed than underdressed;) Looks gorgeous!

Beautiful dress, but I think you might be uncomfortably hot.  The manufactured fabric and the long skirt might trap a lot of heat. Is it available in a below the knee?

I think most people will think it is a lovely summer dress. I would only be concerned about the amount of skin, if the wedding were at a conservative house of worship or if one of the wedding couples was very conservative.

I think it’s beautiful!! I don’t think it’s inappropriate at all!! It’s gorgeous and something you could definitely wear again. I agree with OneDayMrsL completely! Don’t worry about the length or the back. I wouldn’t be offended one bit!

I normally err on the side of not wearing anything you have to ask about, but this is a great dress! I think it would be great to wear as a guest.

Usually when I see these type of threads I cringe because it’s usually a REALLY revealing dress in question. But I was pleasantly surprised here.

The neckline is cut lower than I’d prefer, IMO, but it’s not horrible. If you sewed a cute lace piece in the bottom couple inches of the V I’d think it was awesome!

It’s gorgeous and not revealing. I agree with PP though that it’s slightly bridemaid looking. But if the wedding colors are completely different then I’d say go for it!

I don’t think it’s inappropriate, but I’d have to disagree with all the other Bees here and say that I’m not feeling front boob area of that dress — the neckline/torso area reminds me of maternity dresses. Maybe it’s the bow or something. Love the back of it (and the color) though.

If you wore that to my wedding, I would spend 20 minutes telling you how gourgeous you look!

I might even drool a little 🙂

Maxi dresses are in girl and I don’t find this too revealing at all. Go for it!
