My Fiance and I are both on #2. He is 52 and I’m newly 40. It has taken me awhile to recover from my 1st marriage so now I’m all grown up and ready for happily ever after BLISS!!

This will be my second and his first. I’m 30 and he’s 29. We’re having a small intimate wedding at a vineyard 🙂

This is my FI’s first wedding, and my second.  He’ll be 44 3.5wks after we get married, and I’ll be 39 19 days after our wedding (both July birthdays).  Since I was married before, and have two children (he has none, nor wants any more than my kids- thank God! lol), I told him we should have a destination wedding, in Bermuda, with just my kids, best man, Maid/Matron of Honor and anyone else who wanted to tag along for a vacation. He would hear nothing of it.  He wanted the full ceremony and reception, with close friends and extended families invited.  He said that our marriage was not a “bootleg” or hand-me-down, and no less a “legit” wedding than anyone else getting married, so why not have the wedding we always wanted?  I completely agree with him now, and we are having the Vintage Glam Moonlight Romance wedding of our dreams.  I love planning with him, and couldn’t be happier with our decision 🙂

This is the first time my Fiance will be married (my second).  I was determined to give him free reign on how we went about this.  The only thing I asked is that there was some kind of celebration no matter how small or low-key. I didn’t want to just go to the JOP and go out for Chinese food afterwards.

I learned quickly that, yes, he wanted a wedding, but no he didn’t want to make all the decisions.  So, now I am planning a celebration that is very reflective of US.  We both are happy.  We will have approximately 150 guests.

This is my 2nd and his 1st, I am 34 and he is 38. We had always planned to have a small wedding and then decided to elope with just his mom and my dad as witnesses after all of the family drama that came after we announced our engagement. I didn’t care about a big wedding as long as I could wear a “real” wedding dress and have a true proposal and engagement ring (didn’t get either for 1st marriage – I wore a used bridesmaid dress and bought myself a ring that I called my engagement ring). The only thing that is important to him is that his mom be in attendance (she is his only immediate family and he is an only child).

We couldn’t be happier with our decision to elope! It’s so much more us than a big wedding.

This is my 2nd, my Fiance first. I had a traditional wedding the first time, but I wasn’t gung-ho about it (or rather, I should say I wasn’t gung-ho about who I was marrying). He ended up abusive, so I should have listened to my gut and walked away. Anyways…My Fiance and I are both planning a traditional wedding that will be uniquely US!
