I added straps to mine. I’m just not a strapless girl, and I don’t think strapless looks good in most cases.

I searched for a long time for a dress with straps. I really wanted a dress with a keyhole back and straps. I found it, and I’m very happy with it.

I prefer strapless, however, my large chest does not agree with me. Besides, the dress I fell in love with happened to have halter straps and removing them would just look funny. So, straps for me!

Straps–the top is like a tank with a notch collar. I was pretty determined not to go the strapless route, though.

I went with a halter top – so yes to a strap!

I originally bought a strapless dress and it didn’t work for me. I didn’t want to have it altered to fit better (I’m weird) and I didn’t feel secure in it at all. My current dress has spaghetti straps, and I’ll be wearing a shrug over it because I’m not a fan of my shoulders/upper arms.

    My dress:

My dress was strapless with a cap sleeve option. I chose to wear the cap sleeve because it looked good on me. Plus, the straps were beautiful. Everyone complimented me on the straps.

I didn’t want to be pulling my dress up while I was dancing so I opted for dress with straps with a low back:

I thought I wanted straps before I had ever tried on a wedding dress. Once I finally tried some on it didn’t take me long to realize straps on a dress didn’t do much for me. So I bought strapless (and an awesome sweetheart neckline-LOVE).

A lace halter top here! I am not a fan of strapless for myself. Besides.. don’t know if others have this issue with strapless, but if I raise my arms in the air my chest lifts right out of the cups in a somewhat alarming way! Haha.

@iheartnerds I ordered that same dress! I’m debating about whether to keep it or not, but was thinking about adding thicker straps to it, if I can find matching material.

I unfortunately got a strapless dress, that wouldn’t look good with straps =(  I initially thought I could at least add straps to my dress, but the dress I loved would look stupid with straps.  I’ve never been a big fan of strapless, but 90% of the dresses they had at the shop were strapless; dang.

Mine has pretty insignificant straps, but I think I’ll still feel better having them!
