I love the look of sleeves, but somehow I ended up with strapless because I’m super self conscious about my arms and felt bigger in sleeves.

Mine was a halter top — I’ve never liked how I look in strapless dresses.

I have always known I wanted a dress with straps. I just don’t think strapless suits me, to be honest, and I find it uncomfortable. No pics ATM, but I’ll see my dress for the first time next weekend! Whee! Can’t wait!

I didnt know where I fell so I didnt vote. My dress came with a removable halter strap, but I am wearing it strapless. It did not have the halter on it in the store either.

My dress should be in next week, and I ordered an extra yard of lace so they can make straps for the strapless dress.  I haven’t decided for sure what I want to do, but I wanted to option of straps in case I was feeling insecure about the strapless.

I ordered the JA 8465 with a detachable halter neck strap,  and a sweetheart neckline. I will post a pic when it arrives

it has a very slight sweetheart shape which i am relieved about,  was dreading it being too low cut,  but i am not in love with the strap and may change it.

I went for strapless. Not sure how I’m going to keep it up all day though LOL 😉

I bought a strapless dress but I am REALLY weird about my armpit fat so I toyed around with adding tulle straps. Then i found out my dress comes with straps so I ordered them. I am going to put them with snaps, take pictures and then decide how I want to wear them.

I bought a lace dress (mermaid-ish) that a blush pink underlining.  I am really short, so I’m undecided about taking the lace from the bottom to use as straps.  They have ordered me a few yards of blush tulle, and I’m also thinking of incoorperating that and using as one strap or two?

Like this style?  (this isn’t my gown, but what I’m looking for the top) Anyway, I amd about wearing some sort of straps, because I am self conscious of being without anything on top.  I’m 5’3”, 38C bust…

Mine is strapless but I’m having them take what they cut off of the buttom and make a halter strap out of it.

I went with the J. Crew Gracie, which was perfect for a tall, slender, flat-chested girl like myself!

I am a size 0/2 and a 32A, so strapless dresses just aren’t flattering on my body type. I didn’t want to be hoisting it up all night because of my lack of a chest, and I didn’t want weird pads stitched in. Everyone knows I don’t have boobs, so why fake it? lol

I was just thinking about this. I initially went into shopping wanting steaps or a keyhole back, but every strapless dress I tried on was so secure, I decided I wasn’t worried about the girls. I recently had a friend repeat her warnings (she had slippage issues after she lost 5lbs before her wedding thanks to stress), but I figure at worst… I’ll use fashion tape. I’m not going to be crazy-dancing all night anyway. 🙂
