I think mine is tired – even though I’ve been good about giving it a day or two off each week. And it’s not as if it’s suddenly working out 5-6 days a week, I’ve been in that workout mentality for years now, but my workouts are a little more intense and less varied.
When I was doing Pilates on Tuesday, my abs were suddenly exhausted, even though I hadn’t done any ab work since Saturday. It was really strange. I’m not sure if it’s tired of doing mainly Pilates and Spinning, and I need to shake up the routine, or if it’s just tired and needs a vacation . . .
Any other bees having a similar issue?

I hate to say this – but the most tired I’ve ever been was right before I found out I was pregnant! Hehe!

My body does the same thing. Its like its just not willing to give its all after awhile. I imagine its just that the muscle groups that are getting the repetitive workouts are tired and by switching up my routine it works some of the other secondary muscles. It seems to help. Our bodies get bored too I guess 🙂

@ProudPeacockBride – That better not be the case! I have 7 months before the wedding – the timing just DOES NOT WORK (for the sake of my dress)!!!

I think I solved it – I feel a head cold coming on. And I don’t think I’ve been sleeping well. This weekend will be all about R&R!
