@HappyInLove11:  Pics of my ring itself. No. I posted one photo when we got engaged and that is it. My ring does show up in photos though, that cannot be helped.

No because personally I just think it’s tacky.  If I want to show someone and they do not live near me I can send them a pic via text or an email.  That’s what I did.  I’ve never posted my ring on any of my social media sites.

By The Way, none of my family or friends have posted their rings either.

Absolutely not. Which is perhaps why I’m wearing out the WB boards with photos of my ring here. I am excited to show it off, but only feel comfortable doing so in an anonymous environment that is dedicated to discussing rings.

Nope.  Not for me.  But, I don’t mind others who do.

I think anything more than a pic or two posted when the actual engagement occurs is a bit much.

I’ve never posted a photo of my ring but my wedding photographer loved my ring and posted a pro photo she took of it on both her website and her Facebook.

We had a very well known designer do a custom OOAK design for my e-ring and I don’t want anyone copying or imitating the look so I won’t put it online. In fact the designer who did my ring also won’t put any of their designs online due to the problem of design stealing/ copying.

I did when I first got engaged.  Then I took them down shortly after.  I only post pics on the Bee and other ring forums.

I have only posted one pic of my ring on Facebook, and that was only because I didn’t have it, and wouldn’t have it for several weeks due to being resized. But I have posted pics of it all over Weddingbee, multiple times

@HappyInLove11:  yes because people kept asking for a picture of it. I have about 250 friends on facebook and about 60% had asked for a picture – because those are who I talk to/my mom/my Fiance talk to regularly. I was not individually sending pictures to over 100 something people.

I post ring pics on here, but not FB. I have a couple pics on instgram of my nails that my ring made cameo apperances in, but no “look at my ring” pics.

I personally love when people post pics of their rings on FB though, I like to look at pretty things a lot more than what everyone is eating..lol.
