Mine is, and they were recommended to me by an independent insurance broker.  She told me they were competitive with the other companies, and even had better coverage since they cover damage to the stones.

Yes. Mine was also quoted at $25/year. Luckily I haven’t had any issues yet.

Mine are.  My e-ring premium is $71, but my band adds another $14.  I had zero issue getting the initial policy for my e-ring.  I added my wedding band on Sunday, and just called today to make sure everything was in place.  They were super helpful and let me know that the updated policy and new invoice was in the mail as of today.

@lyns86stc:  That’s great! I’m glad you posted this because I’m planning on insuring mine through them shortly. I thought it would cost more that’s great news for me!

@lyns86stc:  Oh okay. That makes sense. I need to get a quote.

I have Jewelers Mutual. We pay about $130 a year with no deductible so not too bad. We just insured my wedding band as well and it was only $9.

@lyns86stc:  Its probably the appraisal price + deductible, if you chose a higher deductible your premium goes down. Mine is $175 a year.

@lyns86stc:  No, just the engagement ring but they explained that it was based on how much your ring is appraised for and where you live. If you go on Jewelers Mutual website and get a free quote and enter how much your ring is and zip code it will calculate a quote for you. I also have 0 deductible which you pay more in premium.
