My husband is semi-fit! Haha…he’s very athletic, so he can basically pick up any sports equipment and has good hand-eye coordination. So he’s naturally good at playing sports. He also does run when he gets the chance, but he also loves to eat and drink beer! So…his tummy is a little soft, but he’s adorable

Not at all. I would say FH has gained atleast 50lbs since he moved in with me. He just eats & eats & eats!
BUT I do think beer bellys are pretty sexy!

My Boyfriend or Best Friend has always been skinny (when we dated in high school, he was 6’3″ and 115 lbs.), but he didn’t used to be in shape. He never had any fat on him, but he had no muscle, either, and he ate terribly.
Now, however, he plays hockey several times per week and occasionally works out, and he’s in incredible shape. Though he’s still really skinny, he has muscles everywhere, and that’s helped him bulk up to about 150 lbs. He’s been eating more since I got home, too, so he’s now almost at 160 lbs. because, for the first time in his life, he has a very slight layer of fat (the healthy kind). He’s just so healthy and fit, and every time I see him shirtless, I feel like the luckiest girl on the planet.

My fiance does marathons and triathlons. He is currently training for a half Ironman in April. Me on the otherhand, I need to lose 40 lbs!

My hubby recently gained some much needed weight. He was really thin…. and now not so much. But I gained some not so needed weight, so I can’t complain.

My Darling Husband is in great shape and I helped him get that way! 🙂 He was motivated by my weight loss so I bought him a pedometer and he started to work out. He is so handsome! 🙂

I wouldn’t say that my SO is in shape. He is naturally very skinny, so you can see some muscles, but he’s not super athletic and doesn’t work out. He’s just got a step up from the computer nerd physique. I am happy that he’s on the skinny side, though. I have to make sure I don’t gain too much weight or else I’ll look not so great compared to him.

FH works out about 4-5 times a week and plays a lot of hockey on top of that, so yes, he is in very good shape. He looks great. 🙂

Fiance has always played some sort of sport in one way shape or form…. soccer, football, wrestling was his thing in hs/college… now he plays raquetball, football, and golfs… plus he’s on a loose version of p90x that he does 3-4x a week.
it’s maddening, cuz i should be the one on bridal bootcamp! 😛
it keeps me motivated to stay in shape tho! and i<33333drool looking at his physique.

Yes, he is pretty athletic. Much more naturally so than myself – he can run a mile or two easy, even after months without running. I love it because it’s something we share. Future Brother-In-Law thinks walking a mile is difficult – I would go insane living with someone like that!

My Fiance has a few extra pounds. Which never bothered me, but he’s going workout crazy ever since I told him our engagement photoshoot date. The weight is just melting off, men are so lucky!

Yes and no. He’s naturally a very fast sprinter and pretty muscular, but he’s not in the physical shape he was in in college. It doesn’t bother me except in that it makes him sad and then he complains about it. While I would like him to go jogging or to the gym with me for company I don’t really care how he looks. I’d also like him to eat a little more health food-ish but that’s because I like tofu better than pizza (I am a little odd…) and want the excuse to eat it more often. I have to tread carefully, though, because I honestly am fine with him being a little out of shape and it’s the complaining/self-hatred cycle that gets to me.

We are a very comparable level of squishy, haha. Meaning, we could both stand to lose 10-20 pounds, but neither of us is very motivated to do so. It works for us, because we’re both more comfortable with ourselves and each other, and if one of us were really in shape, I think it would put undue pressure on the other. We eat relatively healthy and work out a bit, but nothing obsessive, and we definitely eat fries and ice cream on the weekends, haha.

My husband works out religiously everyday and has a hot body to show for it. I think he hates me more than I hate him, because I just eat carbs and sit on my butt all day and never gain weight, hahaha! He calls it my freaky superpower.
