I have both (well, actually a diamond and sapphire band) and love them both, but they come off once I’m home. My plain rose gold wedding band though never ever comes off. I don’t even know it’s there. I love the plain simple look of it whenever I’m wearing it alone. Sorry for the big pics

I have a pave diamond wedding band that matches the band of my e-ring (A solitaire moissanite with diamond pave band).

Plain yellow gold band here – I couldn’t wear a stone-set ring for work, and since I don’t want to take my wedding ring off, plain was the only option. Plus I do love the timeless look of a plain band, and if I want sparkle when I’m not working, I have my e-ring!

I love your engagement ring! Your ruby has the perfect balance of red and pink undertone! I may be biased though because I’m a ruby baby!

I went with stones. I looked at some plain bands, but if they matched the profile and rose gold of my engagement ring they ended up looking a bit too much like a piece of copper pipe.
I originally thought maybe an eternity band, but they all seemed to overpower my e-ring, so we worked with a jeweller to create this wedding band which has some plain sections and also mirrors the 3 stones and the peach sapphires of my engagement ring. It’s quite hard to photograph well, but I love that it’s so subtle and I especially love the little diamonds only I get to see.
