Thought I’d share this find – http://www.target.com/Isaac-Mizrahi-Target-Strapless-Sheath/dp/B000M1CL04
I bought this for the chinese banquet my fiance’s parents are hosting a week before the ceremony. They wanted me to bring my gown for photos but I didn’t want to risk damaging it before the ceremony. I’m going to bling it up with an awesome sash and accessories.
I got this gown in the mail yesterday and for the price, it’s a great dress. Of course, the fabric isn’t as luxurious but it’s cut really well and it looks liek it’s worth more than what I paid.

I actually am wearing this dress for our wedding. I wanted a dress I could destroy and not cry over. I also wanted a dress I could slide into over the next few years and have the new hubs chase me around the house. I digress. I paid more for it (now its on sale) but for $100, it’s not bad! 🙂 I had a sweetheart neckline added and am pairing it with gold d’Orsay flats and a gold beaded necklace. It has buttons all the way down the back and a bit of a train, too. For a bride on a budget, it’s a fantastic dress.

Boo, they’re out of my size!!
I bought the bigger size, and I’m tailoring it to a pencil skirt to wear to my rehearsal dinner!

I actually bought a shorter version of this dress last fall. Actually, I bought two since I’m in between sizes! The one I bought is sapphire blue and the same pencil shape, but without the buttons on the back. Its about knee length and I think I paid right under $40 apiece. They had them in a range of colors, and I’m really excited to wear it to my cousin’s wedding this summer. Its a fabulous dress, and is really well made and flattering on my curvy size 10 figure. I’d reccomend it to anyone!
