So, I have an issue when I am trying to lose weight. I can only seem to lose weight during certain portions of my cycle. I’m on the pill and seem to lose 2-3 pounds when i get my period then up to another 2 pounds during the first week of pills. During the next 2 weeks, I can’t seem to lose any weight (no changes in my diet and exercise plans). Does anyone else have this issue? Also, the weight stays off that I lose, but it just sticks around until then. Just was curious if any bee’s had any ideas as to how to help this issue? It get extreemly discouraging during those two weeks!

@countrygirl62312: YES! I have this problem. But its becasue of my different cravings during the month. I know its because what I eat and things and my exercise level during those different times of the month. Are you doing the same things but only seeing results during specfic times?

@bestbuddies: I think I am eating and exercising about the same amount during all times of the month (i’m on a veryyyy strict wedding diet). It’s so frustrating to me that I work so hard but nothing happens during those times. But it’s nice to lose a bunch in a day or two. I’ll have to watch a bit more to make sure I’m not accidently sabatoging!
