Quick backstory: Off BC since April, completely irregual cycles since then.
Well, after a visit with my OBGYN and an internal ultrasound that showed my “parts” are normal, he is asking me to chart to see if I am ovulating.
I’m on CD11, and I can’t seem to maintain a consistent sleep schedule that is making temping easy.
Darling Husband sets his alarm for 5 am on weekdays, so I try to temp then. However, I find myself waking up throughout the night (DH snoring, snow plow doing the driveway, heat clicking on,…etc). If it’s anytime past 3:30 am, I find it very hard to fall back asleep until 5 because I’m afraid I’m going to sleep through temping. So I end up laying in bed awake, which I’m sure affects my temp…
And, I cannot fall back asleep after I temp at 5 am, even though I don’t need to leave for work until 8:30. Then I’m exhausted all day! Like, people at work asking me what’s wrong because I look like death, exhausted.
I’m going insane!!
Do any bees have advice? Did temping work for you if you had an inconsistent sleep schedule? Did anyone have sleep deprivation because of it? Do I have any hope?
