As far as how to advise you, I’m not really sure. Try not to put so much pressure on the temperature and maybe that will help you fall back asleep? If you were to wake up at 330 and go back into a deep, solid sleep and temp at 5, you should be able to get somewhat of an accurate idea of what your cycle is doing.

There is an option on FF to search for a specific sign, and they have an “inconsistent waking time” sign that you may want to check out, compare charts, see if they are obvious or hard to read, etc.

I replied in the Charters thread – but in short, I’d just keep temping at 5am, and if you wake during the night just lie still, relax and pretend you’re still asleep. I think that within 2 weeks time you’ll relax and be able to sleep normally again, both before and after temping. I was exactly the same when I started 🙂 Good Luck!!
