I had the most special suprise under the tree this year this year! After doing long distance for a year, an international move to Sweden to close the distance and living together for 2 years, I finally get to call him my husband! After a conversation a year ago, I sent him some ring styles I loved and he picked one from there 🙂 Even though this is not the style here in Sweden he ordered it from the US (where I’m from) because he knew I still wanted an “american style” ring.
We’ll most likely be eloping in the future and having a big reception in the US for friends and family, so excited to start planning! I’ve been lurking here for longer than I care to admit and now I can be more active and use all the great information on myself!
I can’t figure out how to rotate and shrink the photo but here it is! 😀 Sorry if it’s giant!

Thank you so much! I wish I could capture the sparkle in the photo, this picture doesn’t do it justice! I need to go back to the mall under thier lights for a photo haha

How beautiful! Congratulations and happy planning!
Re- photo rotation- sometimes, if you just crop the photo a bit, that makes it small enough to rotate to the correct orientation. When I first started coming to the site I wondered how so many women had joined this trend of taking sideways hand shots!
