i’ve got fingers crossed for you too. What time of day is your wedding? A lot of times thunderstorms fire up mid afternoon and fire down come evening… so your whole day may not be ruined even if there is a storm or two….

my daughter’s wedding was this past Saturday and like you we freaked out the entire 10 days before the wedding!  Everyday the percentage of rain changed!  I could not sleep the entire week with stalking the weather channel!    We did have a rain plan and 2 tents; however, the ceremony was not tented; we went to Target and found the cutest clear unbrellas and knew we could get those the morning of if necessary.  I think having somewhat of a plan does help reduce the anxiety!  By the way—it stormed the night before and we woke up to a glorious sunny day!  Perfect!

LOL I had the same realization this morning! I told myself to hold off checking the 10 day forcast, but I couldn’t help myself so I checked it anyway. Now I wish I hadn’t!

Me, too. I started checking a few days ago when mine first appeared on the 10 day, and it has of course changed every day since then. As of today, it looks perfect so now we just need to lock and load! We are completely outdoors (ceremony and reception). The tent will do in a pinch for passing showers, but it is not enough for thunderstorms. Our rain plan is tentative at best, so I am just keeping the faith!

According to accuweather.com, July 9th says times of clouds and sun so I’m going with that. 🙂 We will be fine
