Italy generally restricts ceremony locations; look into those first.

Check out http://www.caspin.com/apartments.php. This is a Tuscan farmhouse and it is gorgeous. When we stayed the owners were hosting a reception for about 40 people so there is definitely space. The grounds are gorgeous and the owners are wonderful. You can pm me if you’d like some pictures.

I am doing a destination wedding in Italy in a Tuscan villa and have been working with the most AMAZING wedding planners ever.  If you PM me I can send you my wedding website that has photos from the 11(!) villas we visited last year when venue hunting and can also put you in touch with our planners.  Good luck!

ijh:  Hi, I am new to this and desperately need advice!

I saw your post and I’m going to Italy with my fiance in September to look at villas in Tuscany, do you mind sending me the list that you viewed?

Thanks!
