Hi ladies! Getting very close to my destination wedding countdown and have itinerary questions. I plan to either email the itinerary or make it part of my guests’ welcome bags once they arrive. However, the bridal party has different obligations such as specific hair and make-up appointments, pictures, etc.
Do I make the bridal party a different itinerary reflecting their responsibilities and our specific timeline for the day? Do I just put us in a group text? There are five all together (myself, 2 bridesmaids, mom, and mother-in-law.)
What are your experiences and advice with this?

Yes, make a different itinerary for the attendants. They need to know where to be at what times in much more detail than the average guest.
I sent mine out in a “general info” email with a ton of info: transportation, what we were going to be eating in the morning, where to meet, who parks where, etc. I’m known for being a little neurotic, but it helps to know everyone is on the same page, and that they can all EASILY find it again. In a group text, stuff can get lost. I can send mine to you if you’d like.

bridetobeeeee12345 : I did an email of the bridal party itinerary and just sent it to the bridesmaids. All of the weddings I’ve been in have done this too. I like knowing what the schedule for the weekend is, so I appreciate the notice.
