Let me just say I wanted a destination wedding. With like 10 people. But no. Mr. Husband to be really wanted a wedding with his family, which is fine, expcept now we have 266 people coming. And a bridal party of 12. This should be ok, right?
It’s fine I’ll just do it all myself. Really? Who chooses to plan a wedding and do this to themselves? This has been the most stressful year of my life! Has anybody else had this experience??? I love my fiance, but this has really been hell. On the upside my mental anguish led to daddy gifting 4,000 for a dress!
I think I’m going to schedule a mental breakdown, anyone want to join?

@mnbride13: At least you got $4000 for a dress! Time to do the happy dance? Lol

I’m about to have a mental breakdown over when my SO is going to propose. Every time I think it might be happening, it doesn’t.
And I hate my job. Tremendously.
Time to open a bottle of wine, run a nice bubble bath, light some candles and soak for awhile!

@mnbride13: having a Destination Wedding but still want to schedule a mental breakdown haha
ive just got a big fixed fake smile on my face, and mentally think of sarcastic/passive aggressive comments
“oh, so you RSVP’d no and now want to come to the wedding which is happening in 2 weeks, fine no problem. even though i have the tables etc all sorted, ill just rent more, and centrepieces. AND you want me to research travel packages for you? well of course, i have nothing but free time right now”
“the priest doesn’t reply to my emails and no idea whats happening at the wedding, fine problem. ill just wing it on the day (providing he turns up)
“you use computers constantly but can’t seem to manage to read the invitation or the wedding website and want to know basic info like ceremony time? fine no problem! ill just tell you! you and the other 20 equally incompetent people”
“so you know i prefer you dont want guests wearing white/anythign too wedding-y, but youve found a strapless floor length dress in a very light ‘sand’ colour that you really love. whatever! i no longer care”
i just have wedding fatigue. and writing that made me feel better haha

@arsing89: i want to do that! but i dont have a bath.or bubbles. and i suspect opening wine alone at 1pm might be a little bit much

@newname_99: It’s never too early for wine
ETA: If it makes you feel better, as much as I wish I was home doing all of that stuff, I am really at work. For the next 7 hours.

Ha ha, I love this! I’m glad I’m not the only one freaking out. Yesterday Fiance said “let’s see if we can trim the guest list a little.” I litterally took our guest list and ripped the back two pages off and said “BOOM! Done.” He laughed so hard!
