SoNLoveWithHim:  I have hot water from my tap or the (distilled) water left in kettle from boiling water for tea…is there a reason why they say to microwave the water instead? Seems like an unnecessary step.

Love these! I took these pics the other day right after a cleaning. I use Mr. Clean all purpose cleaner (the green one, recommended by our jewler!). Soak for 20 mins then scrub with a toothbrush! Squeaky clean!

I’m in healthcare too and ugh!  I clean my ring daily with super hot water.  I carry the dazzle stick in my purse too.  I’m kind of a freak about it because I carry extra sticks and give to my friends that I see are in need of a cleaning. LOL  Here’s one of my new baby.  FullSizeRender-1_1

doberman:  I completely agree with this!

Also, when I see women in public bathrooms come out of the stall, take their ring off, wash their hands,  and then put their ring back on. Ew!!

RayKay:  I guess it doesn’t matter how you get the water hot as long as it’s hot. I was merely stating how the lady in the utube video did it. My tab water doesn’t get nearly as hot as heating water in my microwave, and I don’t have a tea kettle.

I have had my ring for the best part of a year and I would give it a soak every so often but had never cleaned it properly until this weekend. I’m now obsessed!!

I try to clean mine at least once a week. It’s amazing what a small toothbrush, dish soap, and toothpaste can do.
