I’m starting the Southbeach Diet Monday! And I’m posting that here to keep me honest haha. It’s my first time trying it and I’m excited to see the results. I need a diet overhaul and hope this helps curb my pizza and ice cream cravings to much more manageable amounts!

Awesome! I start the SBD (or “way of life”) on Saturday! We should start a thread or keep in touch. 🙂 I’m really excited and confident in this diet (I’m reading the book now) as well as in my goals and determination. I can’t wait to feel healthier and better about myself.
