So the plan was to order flowers from Costco. They have an awesome selection and the colours I wanted. We were told by the employee there that they had to be ordered 2 weeks in advanced. Perfect right? Wrong!!!!
My mom went in today to put the order in, well the girl at the counter tells her “No, we cant to do it, the order has to be done 3 weeks in advance” and she refused to even try…….I want to cry!! Now its going to be a crazy chase 2 days before just to find flowers! The plan is going to be to go to all of the grocery stores in our town and the next just to find roses!
We called the local flower shop, but they said they needed more notice….UGH!!!!!

@Ashley_B: Perhaps you or your mother could contact the store manager at Costco to explain that one of his or her employees gave you erroneous information that has now put you in an extremely difficult position and to ask if there is ANYTHING he or she can do in terms of negotiating with the store’s flower suppliers at this late date. Perhaps someone with enough influence could salvage your plans.

Have you tried ordering from Costco or Sam’s Club online? I seem to remember the deadlines on that were pretty short, but I can’t recall exactly what they were. A farmers market might be helpful for finding flowers all in one place or making a quick order, too.

@Brielle: She tried, and tried some more. I know my mom and she doesnt give up without a fight. The told her no because they cannot guaranteed that they will be the correct flowers and colour.
Also I looked at ordering online, and all of the reviews said they came in late….which is not ok!!!
