Congrats!!!!  She will get over it.  I would prob drop out if I was Maid/Matron of Honor and let her find someone that will be there for her 100%.

Congrats! Super selfish of your best friend to upset with you, btw. She needs to look at the big picture.

stone22 :  congrats!  and don’t stress about your friend just yet.  Take a few days to take it allll in!  Join our June 2017 board!

My bestfriend / bridesmaid was due a week after our wedding, and since she lives far away she missed the wedding.  It was a bummer for both of us, but there was no way I’d be angry!  Sad, sure! But not angry… She was worried about telling me so she emailed me in order to give me some processing time after finding out, but I ended up calling her right away to congratulate her and tell her not to stress about my wedding.  Do you and your friend live near each other?  If you live close you could take her out to dinner or lunch or something to celebrate her wedding, make it about her.  And if you cannot be there for her day, just don’t forget to text or call or facetime!

Unless major decisions have to be made, like ordering a dress, I would hold off until you get a more acurate due date from your obgyn!  Then you can give her specifics πŸ™‚  You can still do things like help plan her shower and bachelorette

First off CONGRATS!!! Hope you have a happy and healthy 9 months <3

Second this gives me a glimmer of hope as I’m 12DPO today and tested this morning BFN… AF is due Sat. or Sun. If she doesnt come by then maybe i’ll muster up the courage to test again…

cristinamarie92 :  absolutely don’t lose hope yet, I thought for sure I was out this month, I got a BFN on 11dpo and a BFP the day after. What tests are you using? I made the mistake of using a digital which isnt a sensitive, I got my BFP on a pink dye FRER

cristinamarie92 :  In Jan 2015 when I POAS last I had BFN at 10 and 12 dpo, and some spotting at 12 dpo, so I thought I was out.  FINALLY at 14dpo I got a BFP, and now have a happy healthy 1 year old.

Don’t count yourself out yet!

bjenmomma :  I’ve been using dollar store cheapies as I didnt want to waste my FRER’s before missed period just in case. I also have a pack of clearblue digital weeks estimator waiting to be used for confirmation. I’m going to use an FRER this weekend if AF doesnt show. Also I’m not 100% sure on DPO because I’m going by my Kindara app which I know can very well be off.

Also OP I agree that is your friend can’t accept that your PG for her wedding then that not much of a supportive friend. She can’t expect you to put your life on hold for her wedding. I hope everything works out ok and she can get on board and excited for you ! πŸ™‚
