Just calm down. A nap might not be likely, but try, even if its only a couple of hours. I did the exact same thing. But once the time comes, you will totally forget aboout the sleepiness. Now afterwards, you’ll probably crash, lol, but you aren’t the first bride that’s gone through this. Good Luck and congrats.

p.s. Never doubt the power of make up ;^)

Can you track down some cucumber slices or cold tea bags for your eyes to reduce puffiness? Once your make up is on you will look gorgeous, and be so excited once you get into it all that I bet you will get a second wind. At the end of the day you will be married to the man of your dreams and get a chance to crash hard and relax!

Auw! Bless your heart lol 🙂 I find taking a hot shower or sitting in a hot bath, then going into a cool room and snuggling into the blankets is great for being knocked out. Also, tea bags or cucumbers on the  eyes are great for reducing the redness and puffiness…eye drops…all that good stuff….Have a happy wedding day!!

I slept like 2 hours the night before my wedding.  And after a very sluggish start, a strong black coffee and some breakfast, I literally went flying through the day.  Adrenalin and cucumber slices will get you through the day.

Best of luck to you both.  Remember to take a few moments throughout the day to just soak up everything that’s happening.  This is going to be a wonderful beginning to a long and happy life together.

Just take it easy. Every bride will go through this stage, lack of sleep, tiredness and things like that. Just take deep breath, calm down and think about some enjoyable moments. After that, you will feel much better. LaughingBy the way, congratulations!!! Best wishes to you!

I never sleep before big events and I agree with pp — adrenaline will keep you going. Best of luck on your big day!!!
