Ahhh I think it’s beautiful!
I certainly didn’t have that moment with my dress, quite the opposite I had huge anxiety I’d chosen the wrong thing when I left the store. I think some of us are just indecisive by nature haha.

The dress is perfect – I would go for it! I didn’t have a tearful moment at all. Mine was more an “oh, this is beautiful, I’ll try it on” just like I do with some other clothes I buy. I’m very decisive with clothes, so that helped. It was the first dress I tried on.

ellcoll : That dress is beautiful. I loved my dress but I also did not have that feeling when I first put it on.

I think your work is done. You’ve found a dress in your price range that you feel comfortable in and that looks fabulous on you. Big tick next to “wedding dress ” on the planning list. No need to hold out for an emotional experience that may never happen anyway

ellcoll : I think your dress is very flattering on you. Don’t drive yourself nuts over having that princess moment. Having that moment isn’t nearly as important as how you’ll feel the rest of your life in a loving partnership. So thats what you need to focus your feelings on. Wedding planning is stressful enough without added emotional expectations of what to wear. I LOVE the whimsical look of your dress. If you are happy with it and getting a huge discount then go for it!

I think you look stunning in that dress! I haven’t had to go through that search yet so I’m no help there, but I think that dress is a winner and you look beautiful.

ellcoll : Bee you look amazing!! its a beautiful classic gown that fits you so well and honestly all that matters is you like it and feel comfortable! End of day.. it is a dress for one day I honestly think say yes to the dress has seriously made the dress shopping experience into something it never has been and is not realistic..
I shopped for my dress with my mom and bridesmaids and I had fun because I found my dress at kleinfelds which is all girly with champagne and i found it like first appointment 4th dress.. I think if if i had multiple appointments I would hate the whole thing..
I also didnt cry or get emotional I thgouht awesome I love how I look and done..

i did not have that crazy feelings. i went to a number of places, tried on lots of dresses.
finally, i looked at my mom and said, “i’m tired of trying on dresses, this one will do.”
i loved my dress, it was my wedding dress. but would 10 other dresses have worked for me too, absolutely.

You look awesome in that dress!!!!
My SIL also didn’t have that ‘omg this is the one *tears*’ either. She’s like you and not a dress person or girly girl at all. She did end up having some bling put on her dress as it was simple and she wanted a little extra. She even wore her converse for the big day as did us bridesmaids 🙂

I think it’s a gorgeous dress.
I didn’t have that amazing AH HA moment either. I was like yes, this is what I’m looking for. Looks nice. In budget. Let’s do it!

That looks amazing on you. Don’t think twice about it. I have had two weddings and never felt “that moment.” But, I looked good! Hahahahah
