I just ordered my invites, garter and the Bridesmaid or Best Man jewelry.  we are meeting with our priest next week.  i love all the planning, I’m trying to keep some things left to do so I’m not sitting around waiting for the wedding but it’s just so hard!

Last month was really unproductive for me so this month I am hoping to:

  • Order invitations
  • Finsih wedding website
  • Finish registry
  • Start designing signage

Let’s be honest if I get the first one done, I’ll be super surprised!

I wasn’t as productive as I wanted to be either.  This month, hopefully this week, I’ll be:

– Signing the DJ contract

– Signing videographer contract

– Sending out the bulk of my save the dates (Monday!)

After that it’s:

– Start designing invites

– Settle on my list of DIY projects, and start designing

– Purchase the fonts I need

– Get last few address from FIs list that I need for STDS

– Stop second guessing my dress choice!

eeek! almost 8 months away! i got a ton of stuff done it october but here is my to-do list for november:

– book our florist

– finish our website

– send our save-the-dates (but this may get pushed to early next month, depending on how long it takes stuff to get printed and shipped b/c our photos took longer than expected to get back)

– make a shortlist of caterers for our rehearsal dinner

– set up hotel room blocks

– collect cake inspiration photos

– have a video chat w/my bridesmaids to discuss dresses

– finish ordering/collecting all the “tools” & supplies i’ll need to our invites

Next month will be a little slower hopefully. My goals are:

– order all the paper i’ll need for our invites

– start discussing designs for our invites w/our designer

– make a shortlist of potential hair/makeup folks & get quotes

– make a shortlist of transportation vendors & get quotes

– shop for my accessories (oohhh the fun part for me!)

– book seamstress consultation(s)
