I have begun to feel completely overwhelmed!
I just had the first of my 2 bridal showers this weekend, It was great, but to be honest, I felt like I was watching from the outside in.
It all kind of went by so fast and felt like a blur. The entire time I was so nervous and anxious about having to talk to everyone (there was nearly 60 people there) and I felt really overwhelmed.
We will have about 200 people at the wedding, so the thought of having to talk/entertain all our our geusts makes me want to vomit at any possible second.
I am almost regretting doing the whole “wedding thing” at home and not going some place to elope!
I love my fiance and know I want to marry him, but I am so nervous and anxious about everything that has yet to be planned and what else needs to be done and then all those people in one room just for us.
I just wasn’t expecting this feeling!

Oh, I was in the same boat. In fact, after my shower, I felt so nauseous, I had to lay down. I was too overwhelmed with people, and it was a huge party. We only had 75 guests at our wedding, and I was still overwhelmed with that!
I’m not usually a fan of medications, but try talking to your doctor about anxiety pills. My doctor and therapist diagnosed me with generalized anxiety disorder, and I only wish I’d known about that BEFORE our wedding, haha. I’m on a low-dose anxiety med just to help me deal with overwhelming situations, and it’s helped a ton.
If you don’t feel your condition is that bad, though, just take deep breaths and close your eyes to center yourself. It’s definitely hard, but with your new husband by your side on your wedding day, it’ll be a little easier 🙂 Also remember to eat if you can. That will help with a nervous tummy 🙂

It’s so overwhelming! I can’t even image what the last 2 months are going to be like. As my Mom keeps saying “Everything will work out fine”.
