Your broom is really pretty. My colors are orange also and I love how the flowers look.

I feel bad for pointing this out but it is DIY…

But everything looks great the only thing i would change is see if you can get the ribbon on the broom to lay a bit more flat. But I think It all look great! YAY

I love your basket, super cute! I also love the pearls on the flowers!

About the broom, I have no idea if this would work but could you maybe wrap it really tightly together with a few layers of plastic wrap then wrap the ribbon around it? Or hold the sticks super tight together and wrap it in floral tape? Just a thought ๐Ÿ™‚

@mrs.folks:  What if you pad the broom with cotton batting and then wrap ribbon around it. It might make it more uniform.

That being said, the entire thing looks awesome! Welcome to the dark side ๐Ÿ˜‰

I think the flower girl basket looks great on it’s own but sitting next to the bouquets and the broom I’m thinking maybe add a flower or couple of flowers to make it pop just as much? It doesn’t seem as bright with just the ribbon. I don’t even like orange and I think these are awesome! And I agree with the pp’s, wrapping the broom and stems with something first will probably even it out, you can wrap a little extra in narrower spots and then have a more even surface to wrap the ribbon around but I think it still looks great as is. ๐Ÿ™‚
