Tea dying is what I’d recommend. You can increase the strength of the tea as you go and re-do it a couple of times.

What’s the edge like? Maybe you can put an ivory lace on the edge and leave the tulle white?

Was this first veil costly? Depending on how much you paid, it might just be easier and less stressful to buy a new one. 🙁 How frustrating!

I had the same problem with the veil being very white at the top and clashing with my ivory dress. I really wanted to keep this veil since it was given to me and was much more than I would have ever paid for a veil myself! Not sure if you’re interested in doing it but, I ended up tea-dying it and it came out perfect. It took some time but I got exactly the color I wanted.
