It’s aisle, not isle.  That one bugs the crap out of me on a wedding site!

So- 2 or 3 weeks ago I started a thread/poll about dessert options for a BBQ, but spelled it deserts by accident and I got so many people telling me the difference…I was so embarrassed! I also didnt notice it until after the editing window closed so it is a part of my WB history foreverrrrrrr …

+1 to everything in this thread!

I also see people use “fiancee” a lot on here when they’re referring to men…

Advice = noun; what you get/give

Advise = verb; what you do when you give advice

The “alot” / “a lot” bothers me too.  Unless they are actually referring to the Alot.

I always learned for desserts you are always going to want seconds.. do you really want double of a desert?

@DaneLady:  Thank’s!  Your funny, to – I just thought I’d throw that out their. 😉

Hey, you know what really does drive me crazy?  When people write, “would of” instead of “would have”.  I get that they’re trying to say “would’ve”, but when they write it out as “of” I die a little.

I am so guilty of spelling errors on the bee. It shows me how much I rely on spell check without even thinking about it:)
